Garden Crest II Landscaping & Proeprty Maintenance Landscape Laborer in Berlin, New Jersey

Garden Crest II Landscaping & Property Maintenance of Berlin, NJ (gardencrest2@comcast.net or 609-707-2493)- Daily transportation from central location to and from worksites within Camden County, NJ. Two (2) Landscape Laborers positions available. Temporary, full-time positions from April 1, 2024 until December 6, 2024, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Workers will be paid bi-weekly at $18.71 per hour, $28.07 per hour OT. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by federal, state, and local laws on a weekly basis. All workers will be provided daily transportation to and from the worksite and at the end of the their day. Landscape Laborers will provide landscaping and grounds maintenance, including lawn maintenance, mulching, and lawn clean-ups for private residential properties. Applicants will be using the following equipment during their work day, which includes weed wackers, pruners, backpack blowers, wheel barrels, shovels, rakes, spades, and hedge trimmers. Applicants will assist in loading the above mentioned lawn tools onto the trucks in the morning and assist in unloading the above mentioned law tools at the end of their work day. Applicants will also assist with initial spring clean-up by using weed wackers, pruners, backpack blowers, wheel barrels, shovels, rakes spades, and hedge trimmers at the beginning of the spring season and then into the later fall season will clean, remove, and dispose of all of the leaves off of the lawns. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements upon worker request along with corresponding payroll deductions of $150.00 per pay period. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. If the workers completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance that are no reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (but excluding passport fees).
