Spaids LLC General Laborer / Property Maintenance in Berwick, Pennsylvania
Spaid's, LLC is hiring General Laborers for Property Maintenance.
Primarily dayshift hours, but some odd hours due to emergency situations like snow removal.
Transportation to and from work can be provided if needed.
Duties Include:
- Occupancy Inspections
- Quality Control Inspections
- Grounds Maintenance -- basic lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging), shrub trimming, snow plowing, etc.
- Routine Basic Maid Service to foreclosed houses.
- Trash Outs - of all kinds of properties in all kinds of conditions.
- General Safety Repairs in Houses
- Minor Plumbing Repairs
- Winterizations
- Minor Roof Repairs
On-the-job training will be provided to enhance needed skills.
Required:
- DOT Physicals
- Drug Screening
- Background Checks (though this will not necessarily keep an applicant from being hired - only affects the places where that person may work)
