Ascella Health LLC Product Manager in Berwyn, PA in Berwyn, Pennsylvania
Duties
The Product Manager will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned company products. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on one or more product strategy and strategy execution across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., research, design, development, launch, support, exit). Gather, manage, define, and help prioritize market/customer requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Run beta and pilot programs. Regularly check with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations. Will review market trends, understand the competition and know the different customer segments in the industry. Develop positioning for the products and helps establish sales strategy. Recommend or contribute information in setting product pricing, with awareness of competitive pricing. Work closely with clients for rollout of products and services. Be capable of operating various claims adjudication platforms and pharmacy fulfillment systems. Be able to discuss with clients Co Pay programs for healthcare organizations and the related services offered. Build and maintain payment processing capabilities with third party vendors for payment services offered and the finance mechanisms to support the process patient engagement experience with third party tools and integration to pharmacy fulfillment platforms like WellSky and Inovalon. Work closely with pharmacies on data integration and working knowledge of pharmacy data exchanges including pharmacy network channels and pharmacy network data exchanges, pricing, and file integration, medi span and NCPDP data interfaces.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Information Management, Product Management or related field. Three (3) years' experience in product management, product design methodologies and development and business analysis. Two (2) years' experience in Healthcare as well as Pharma experience is also required including experience in co-pay programs, pharmacy network channels and pharmacy network dataexchanges, pricing, and file integration, medi span and NCPDP data interfaces, patient engagement experience with third party tools and integration to pharmacy fulfillment platforms likeWellSky and Inovalon. Two years' experience is also required with PBM business models, products and services, pricing and industry trends.
