Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position. Responsibilities: * Lead, develop and direct an outside sales team * Interview and hire salespeople * Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings * Results-driven toward goal achievement * Excellent management and leadership skills. * Experience in a management capacity of sales, training, or operations. * Strong personality and can communicate confidently and effectively with senior management. * Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance. * Past training experience is a plus. * Self-directed leader requiring minimal supervision. * Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up. * Highly organized Requirements: * 2 years minimum managing sales teams * Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record * Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model * Positive attitude towards achievement * Great communication, organization, and coordination skills * Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plus * Excellent customer service background * Experience managing outside sales teams is a plus Benefits: * Health Insurance * Vision * Dental * PTO This is a full-time, salaried position with monthly bonus opportunities and benefits.
