Full time 12:00PM - 8:00 PM Compensation: $17.00-$19.50/hour POSITION SUMMARY : Supports dining services by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and supplies. Essential job duties include the following:
- Consistently and genuinely demonstrates the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
- Washes and sanitizes pots, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen supplies, either by mechanical washing or hand washing.
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and food service areas, including sweeping and mopping floors and removing trash.
- Clears and resets tables in the dining room.
- Stocks and rotates food and non-food supplies using proper storing methods and techniques.
- Reports any kitchen equipment repair or maintenance needed to the Dining Services Director and/or Maintenance Director.
- Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
