Insight Global Employee Relations HR Manager in Bethesda, Maryland

Job Description

My client is seeking an Employee Relations HR Manager to support a few of their jobsite projects in the DMV area. They will spend 2-3 times a week on client jobsite, anywhere from the Baltimore area down into Fairfax County in VA and they will be assisting with new hire orientations, workers compensation discussions, handling any onsite issues between employees, as well as salary planning with the site executives.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years experience in a "blue-collar" employee relations role

-willingness to travel throughout project sites in DMV -previous construction experience

-SHRM certification null
