Salary Range : $80,000-$120,000 USD per year

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful applicant will join ATR's Engineering Services Division, working as a team member at our government client site involved in execution of the Structural Acoustic Technology for the Navy. Duties include, but not limited to:
Perform acoustic analysis, integration and development for naval platforms
Perform field testing, data acquisition and data QA
Perform data processing and analysis
Perform acoustics signature predictions and mitigation analysis
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years of data processing and analysis experience desired
Job experience with the Navy or other DoD laboratories is a plus.
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to conduct data acquisition and QA
Ability to perform data processing and analysis
Ability to perform signal processing
Efficient with programming in MATLAB and Python
Knowledge of machine learning
Strong background in physics and math
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Ability to travel.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or favorable adjudication of a national security background investigation. Current successful background investigation completion is a plus.
