We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, has a proactive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. salary: $18 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone, ensuring customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Accurately input and update data into systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.

  • Handle a high volume of emails and calls with efficiency and a positive demeanor.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.

  • Participate in training sessions to continually improve knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or a willingness to learn quickly.

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
