Position: Bar Manager - Full time
Location: Beverly Eagles 3665
Pay Rate: Will be Salary- Based on Experience
*Hours of Operation: *Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM and Sunday: 11:00 AM -8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage bar operation.
- Manage bar and kitchen staff.
- Inventory/order/stock alcohol and food items.
- Schedule and take deliveries.
- Locate and book entertainment.
- Schedule staff and fill where needed.
- Prioritize customer service and provide an enjoyable experience for patrons.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility to ensure an inviting atmosphere
- Maintain honest communication with trustees.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mixed drinks.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately utilizing a POS system.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Present a neat and clean appearance.
Must be able to pass state background check.
