Manager: Product Management

We're seeking a passionate and customer-centric Product Manager to support the development and ownership of our core value propositions, focusing on initiatives that create differentiation and delight our customers. This role will play a pivotal role supporting in defining and executing our Core strategy, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through innovative programs, partnerships , enabling new flows and other value-added offerings.

• Support new products Concept and Market Test phases with regional competitive analysis, researches, ideas, run regional client forum and feedbacks

• Support sales team as product specialists, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support when needed

• Execute regional studio process where and if applicable

• Execute needed product localization (like identify translations needs and coordinate vendor, identify local contents needs and review quality, identify content prioritization for the region) and assure product regional product quality and relevance for clients

• Help team manage regional budget for localization including third parties contract/PO issue and cost tracking

• Consolidate product feedback received by markets (or by customer success managers) and provide product improvement recommendations

• Support product new launch in the region: prepare the product for the launch, support product awareness, identify users target and support technical onboarding

• Coordinate operational activities like billing code requests, bulletin publications, monthly billing accuracy, salesforce accuracy, opt-out monitoring, actuals and forecast revenues review, product performance reporting

Vendor Management Excellence: Foster and manage commercial relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and ensuring product readiness and competitive positioning.

Product Expertise: Become the go-to Subject Matter Expert on our core products, driving internal training, support and sales collateral.

• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to craft and deliver top-tier solutions, contributing to the evolution of our product range.

• Innovation and Revenue Growth: Support the creation of groundbreaking products. Develop and execute strategies that amplify our market presence and revenue.

• Project Management Mastery: Handle complex, multi-regional projects with precision. Manage timelines, compliance, and collaborate with risk mitigation and legal teams.

• Operational Excellence: Innovate in process creation, seeking improvements for operational efficiency, speed to market, and digitalization.

• Regional Product Matrix Management: maintain our regional product matrix and COGS for all products, benefits and markets.

• You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with superb analytical skills; you are comfortable synthesizing complex information and presenting to senior audiences.

• You have financial acumen and direct experience managing highly visible partners, supporting on contract negotiations, and building business cases.

• You have experience navigating data platforms and are comfortable gleaning insights from raw data to build a strategy or narrative.

• You have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute against a vision while balancing many priorities.

• You are adept at mobilizing support and soliciting input from cross-functional partners to bridge strategy into execution.

• You have deep knowledge of B2B and supply chain space in the small business ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
