Summary of Position:
Full-time, 12-month tenure-track faculty position. Responsible for teaching in laboratory, classroom, and clinic. The candidate will be expected to develop in patient care, teaching/advising, scholarly/professional activities, and service. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's campuses. The candidate selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment. The anticipated start date of this position is December 2024 at the earliest and August 2025 at the latest. However, these are estimated dates and can be revised if needed.

Required Education:
At the time of appointment, the applicant must hold the Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and must either have completed an accredited optometric residency or have an equivalent degree or experience in patient care.
