Procurement Contracts Manager
Location: Remote located in Billerica,MA or Minneapolis, MN
Hours: M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $45-$50/hr
As a Procurement Contracts Manager at this client, you'll provide legal counsel to their global procurement organization and business teams. Your duties include structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, serving as lead counsel on strategic deals and resolving pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
What You'll Do:
Counsel Procurement and business teams on commercial and regulatory matters
Lead negotiations on strategic deals
Provide day to day advice and resolve issues in existing commercial relationships
Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement contracts
What We Seek
J.D. from an ABA accredited institution
Membership in good standing in at least one state bar
4+ years of contract management and/or legal experience
Contract Lifecycle Management/process development experience
