Core Responsibilities

In this role as Senior Project Manager you will influence, lead and govern strategic innovation projects within our Engineering & Quality department, centered around development of new technologies, building system, materials, sustainability and digitalization. The scope ranges from early R&D phase to implementation and industrialization. More specifically your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead end-to-end, strategic and complex projects with many different aspects and tradeoffs that needs balancing

  • Lead multi-functional and diverse teams representing the entire value chain

  • Handle a high number of partners, some very senior

  • Change management

  • Lead resources, time, risk, quality and costs of the projects and its deliverables

  • Lead decision processes; ensure clear and well documented decision making in a setting with many tradeoffs

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading complex projects combined with a relevant educational background.

It will be an advantage, if you bring knowledge within operational engineering and/or experience leading technology development end to end. In addition, we expect that you have:

  • An excellent project management toolbox

  • Experience in agile ways of working

  • Strong ability to lead change and communicate to Senior Partners

As a person, you are systematic and structured in your work approach combined with the ability to communicate tradeoffs and very complex matters in a clear and concise way. You bring a resilient personality that thrives in a diverse setting, and you can build an inclusive and trusted workspace.
