Core Responsibilities

The Senior Internal Communications Manager provides leadership and support to drivethe LEGO Group’s global internal communications strategy and connect colleagues with our mission, values, and business ambitions.

  • Design, develop, and drive strategic global internal communication campaigns to engage colleagues globally and to deepen colleague engagement and motivation

  • Lead, create and implement global communication campaigns and plans around business priorities, critical changes,transformationsand sensitive topics such asorganisationalrestructures

  • Play a leading role in the team effort to evolve our approach to global colleague engagement and internal communications including approach to campaign planning, and the use of data and research in colleague engagement

  • Translate business / strategic priorities into relevant and engaging stories, content, and events tailored to the right moments,audiencesand channels

  • Play a lead role in supporting senior leader communications including coaching and equipping leaders to effectively communicate business priorities andorganisationalchange

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts designed to attract andretaintalent critical to delivering the Group’s strategic ambitions

No relocation assistance is offered for this role, based either in London or Billund.

The Senior Manager, Internal Communication is a global role that will help shape and evolve the LEGO Group’s global internal communications strategy and approach to internal campaigns. You will help inspire change and support the company’s ambition to bring learning through play to more children around the world.

Do you have what it takes?

  • An internal communications expert with experience working in diverse, global companies,

  • Strong track-record of creating and leading creative internal communications campaigns and events, and creating effective and engaging leader communications

  • Significant experiencein crafting and delivering communication plans for global transformational change programs – includingorganizationalchanges and restructures

  • Excellent partner leadership skills with the confidence to act as an effective counsel to senior management

  • Sound commercial understanding

  • Expert in digital communications

  • Uses data and analytics to track and inform performance

  • Sophisticated written and spoken English
