Cardiothoracic Surgeon / Overview We are recruiting for growth and succession planning and have an excellent opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon who has proven good patient outcomes, leadership skills/ability along with an empathetic, caring demeanor with patients. UHS has a strong market presence in the region and an excellent referral base. Ideal candidates will have 5 to 10 years of experience, be board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery, have a strong expertise in CABG, valve replacement/repair, and TAVR experience preferred. 1:3 night and weekend call. Currently, we have 13 cardiologists, 12 cardiology Nurse Practitioners, 2 cardiothoracic surgeons, and 3 cardiothoracic surgery Physician Assistants, along with 7 cardiology Fellows.
