Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. In this role, you will be representing clients in plaintiff mass torts litigation matters, collaborating with senior attorneys and conducting extensive legal research to assist in case preparation. You will also be responsible for drafting and filing various legal documents and communicating effectively with various stakeholders involved in the legal process.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in plaintiff mass torts litigation cases, providing legal counsel at all stages of the litigation process.

• Work in close collaboration with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases.

• Draft and file a myriad of legal documents, including but not limited to complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.

• Develop and implement strategic approaches towards case resolution.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of pertinent laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in case preparation.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, courts, and other parties involved in the legal process.

• Conduct and defend depositions, ensuring the best interests of the clients are upheld. Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Expertise in Document Management

• Skilled in Briefing and Civil Litigation

• Experience in Litigation - Plaintiff

• Familiarity with Mass Tort

• Must be a Licensed Attorney

• Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney

• Ability to Draft Legal Documents

• Experience in Draft Correspondence

• Proficiency in Drafting Letters

• Capable of Drafting Motions

• Experience in Drafting Pleadings

• Demonstrated Emotional Intelligence
