Snelling Maintenance Laborer in Birmingham, Alabama
Snelling Staffing Services is looking for aMaintenanceLaborerswith housing/apartment complex maintenance experience. Will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Need to be able to lay tile, handle sheetrock, paint, help with clean up, and the ability to lift up to 70LBS.
Hours:Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am-5:00 pm Location:You could be working in Bessemer, Fultondale, or Warrior Alabama Pay:$15/hr
Maintenance Technician Features:
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary
- Implement preventative maintenance measures
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplie
- Lay tile, handle sheetrock, paint and cleanup crew
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
- This position will entail standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Maintenance Technician Skills:
- High school diploma/GED required
- MUST be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
