Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex Sales Coordinator in Birmingham, Alabama

Under the supervision and guidance of the Director of Public Relations and Community Partnerships, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for receiving City Walk use inquiries, reviewing, tracking, issuing, and receiving license agreements and insurance certificates, entering Concentrics City Walk BHAM use opportunities, working with prospective users on fees, license agreement terms and other parameters in keeping with City Walk BHAM standards. This position will serve to assist with completing additional requests, special projects, or tasks as assigned by the director to fulfill the departments goals and objectives, including acting on behalf of or in support of the department head, as required. This role will provide integral support to both the sales and the administrative functions of City Walk BHAM associated with receiving, reviewing, tracking, and executing licensed use of City Walk BHAM while also providing support to the Director.
