YOUR TEAM

You will be joining Transformation Advisory, a strategic growth capability with big ambitions. We work hand in hand with clients to help them adapt, evolve, and improve. We do this by combining Management Consultant capability with Change Management expertise, leveraging the technical know-how and sector understanding from across WSP.

A typical project could include designing a new operating model to enable accelerated growth, building the implementation roadmap to bring a Client’s sustainability strategy to life through the organisation, it’s people and its partner’s or implementing people change initiatives to support adoption of a new digital solution. No two projects are the same, but they all demand an exceptional client experience and a focus on delivering sustainable results.

This specialist team is spread geographically however, it is focused around three team hubs, London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Uniquely, the role offers the opportunity to directly inform the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. Your expertise and insights will contribute to building a leading management consultant and change management capability seeking to drive improvements across Infrastructure, Transport and Capital Delivery.

  • Proven experience of delivering elements of complex transformation, particularly people led change, organisational design and change management as an external advisor.

  • Experience of delivering organisation design development and change management within infrastructure, transport or capital delivery environments.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships and influence at c suite.

  • Supported business development activities with a demonstrable track record of work winning.

  • A relevant Management Consulting or Change Management professional qualification and a broad awareness and practical application of problem solving and change management methodologies.
