To support that and ensure that we are compliant to regulations, laws etc., we are now looking for our new Legal Compliance Counsel for our Legal Compliance Team.
Become a part of our Legal Compliance Team
As our new Legal Compliance Counsel, you will join our Legal Compliance team, who is responsible for export control and sanctions, anti-money laundry, anti-bribery, competition law, and sustainability related legal compliance.
Your main responsibilities will be to function as a legal Center of Excellence within the fields of competition law, anti-money laundry, and anti-bribery. You will also be co-responsible for legal risk management, legal investigations, and dispute handling. Your main tasks will include the following:
Driving and implementing an action and response plan within competition law
Updating an action and response plan within anti-money laundry and anti-bribery and corruption
Develop and update compliance policies across Grundfos
Conduct yearly legal risk assessments and drive improvement of main risks identified
Defence file management
Carry out relevant compliance training, both internally in Grundfos Legal and for instance towards sales colleagues
Assessing and implementing relevant new compliance related legislation in Grundfos
You will report directly to Grundfos Head of Legal Compliance, Frederik Tram.
Your background
We imagine that you:
Have a master’s degree from law school or business law
Have minimum 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience
Have knowledge and experience within Legal Compliance
Have a positive and curios mindset
Take responsibility for your work and meet your deadlines
Can work independently and are solution oriented
Are fluent in English – oral and in writing.
