Senior HR Specialist
Job Description
Are you an HR specialist with a focus on blue-collar employees, and flair for numbers and analytics? Are you passionate about leading projects and optimizing HR processes within this area? Then this might be the opportunity you have been looking for.
As Senior HR Specialist in our CHRO area, you will report to the Country HR responsible and take the lead on driving knowledge heavy projects such as the introduction of new or- optimization of existing HR processes specifically tailored for our blue-collar workforce. You have a flair for numbers, analytics and statistics.
Furthermore, you become responsible for:
Development, maintenance, and operation of salary, bonus, and performance systems for blue-collar employees.
Salary calculations and equal pay/equal pay analysis.
Ensuring compliance with local agreements, analyzing salaries across plants and employee groups, and solving specific cases related to salary.
Providing valuable insights into workforce productivity, by e.g. monitoring absence reporting and hours worked.
Prepare and participate in annual salary negotiations, implement changes, and calculate bonuses.
About you
You are passionate about process optimization, improving employee relations, and driving meaningful change preferably for blue-collar employees.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
Strong understanding of blue-collar employee needs.
Experience working with salaries and equal pay is an advantage.
Expertise in HR processes, salary structures, and performance systems will be instrumental in driving positive change throughout our organization.
Advanced knowledge in HR, coupled with expertise in developing tools and workflows for supervision, analysis, and reporting on local HR processes.
