Looking for a new exciting opportunity to use your good marketing capabilities and make a significant business impact in Western Europe? This is your chance to join a highly engaged team of marketers. Grundfos Commercial Building Services is searching for an experienced Senior Marketing Project Manager, being responsible for all our Marketing Communications efforts in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Baltics.

You will join our Western Europe Marketing Team. As a team we cover 16 countries. You will collaborate with peers in our region and colleagues in our headquarters in Denmark and serve as the key point of contact for sales colleagues, key accounts and marketeers in your markets.

You will have an important part in enabling our Western Europe Strategy Win Plans through Sales enabling Marketing and Communications initiatives. You will steer the marketing direction and execution to enhance our brand awareness, maximize customer interactions, generate and nurture leads and boost revenue through our marketing efforts.

This means that you will:

Strategy:

  • Have an important role in shaping and enhancing our Strategy Win Plans, to ensure a strong strategic execution in Norway, Sweden and Finland & Baltics

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and align initiatives with local, regional and global Marketing

Operational:

  • Spearhead the planning, development and execution of major and small Marketing campaigns tailored to your markets and customers

  • Execute diverse marketing activities within CBS, encompassing exhibitions, seminars, media outreach, point-of-sales initiatives and customer events

  • Meet Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with overarching business priorities

  • Manage your Marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation and ROI

  • Will take you travelling up to 30 days per year to meet up with customers in your markets

We are seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Project Manager, who inspires and would like to join a culture of innovation, agility and learning. As a person, you are a great communicator and build positive relationships. You are driving change and inspire peers and any stakeholders.

We also imagine that you:

  • That you have an educational background in Marketing, Business Administration

  • Combined with 8+ years of experience within Marketing, which has given you a proven history of developing and implementing sales enabling Marketing initiatives on a local and regional scale

  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions

  • Familiarity with similar industrial backgrounds

  • Fluent in English and in Swedish or Norwegian (verbal and written)
