Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience. Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner. Explains the Bally's Rewards program in detail. Effectively markets the Bally's Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members. Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines. Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System. Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events. Maintains general knowledge of the properties. Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards. Complies with all company's policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations Performs other job related duties as requested.
