The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients and significant others following established standards and practices. The RN coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. The RN assists physicians or other providers with clinical procedures, performs telephone triage as needed, and participates in patient education.

Essential Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) license
3 years of RN experience
Experience in triage
Proficiency with electronic health records
NYS RN License
Experience in patient care and education
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a school setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Environment
The RN will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, aligning with school hours and including lunch as part of the working day. This is a 35-hour work week in a school environment, where most students dress in medical scrubs.
