Workbox Staffing HRIS/Data Analyst in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience, with a background in HR systems and data analytics. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for partnering with our Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to analyze work processes, improve data integrity, and optimize HR system functionality. This role is essential to our HR operations, requiring technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing our HR systems and workflows.
Duties:
- Generate reports and queries, including creating, maintaining, and supporting various HR and business reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and develop processes that enhance operational capabilities.
- Assist in developing standard reports for customer needs and run queries to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate and resolve data integrity and system performance issues.
- Perform system maintenance, including reviewing, testing, and implementing HRMS upgrades and patches in collaboration with technical staff.
- Maintain HRMS system tables and provide production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems and process flaws.
- Conduct training on new processes and functionality, create user documentation and train new system users.
- Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions in alignment with organizational policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; a master's degree in HR management, MIS, or computer science is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience required. UKG experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, databases, and reporting applications (UltiPro preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, especially Power BI, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in choosing appropriate courses of action or developing solutions.
- High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and tact.

Job Type: Full-time, 60-90 day temporary role
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
Pay: $25 per hour, weekly pay
