Responsibilities

FIELD SERVICE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties:

 Organize and Manage field service team including hiring and delegating job tasks.

 Provide customers with post-sale technical support via phone and on-line.

 Schedule and assign field service calls, rebuilds, startups, training, etc.

 Manage testing and customer acceptance in-house or at the customer facility.

 Manage service call documentation and event summary reports.

Skills/Qualifications

 Technical education and 5 + years in a similar role are preferred.

 Prior experience managing equipment Field Service is required.

 strong scheduling and organizational skills.

 Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability required.

 Experience providing technical support to customers.

 Understanding of machine design concepts (mechanical, electrical, automation) highly desired.

 Proficient with mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLCs, industrial gas panels.

 Experienced in Microsoft office products (Word- Excel-Power Point).

 Must hold a valid driver's license and a valid passport.

 A willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
