JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the organization.
Overseeing processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Maintain up-to-date information on interested parties.
Establish and continually improve QMS processes based on ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
Ensure process flow mapping is accurate and track continual improvement.
Identify risks and opportunities that may affect product conformity.
Manage risks and opportunities related to product quality.
Collaborate with relevant teams to address customer needs effectively.
Manage Compliance Regulatory Reporting (outsourced)
Assign responsibility and authority for QMS activities (e.g., ensuring conformance, promoting customer focus, reporting on QMS performance).
Act as a point of contact for QMS-related matters.
Monitor established quality objectives.
Report quality objective progress to top management.
Communicate well with customers, suppliers, and coworkers regarding quality matters.
Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
Manage nonconformity and corrective action processes.
Ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor"s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business).
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
Experience in developing and running quality systems.
Previous experience in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment.
Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management principles.
ERP Systems experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor) is advantageous.
Experience with QT-9 (QMS Software), Epicor Profit 21 (ERP) preferred.
