Overview

The Fixed Asset Administrator will work to support fixed assets globally. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and continuous improvement skills working on minimizing non value added tasks. This role will be partnering with functions involved in the end to end process to ensure an effective and efficient process.

Responsibilities

Support new ERP implementation (Oracle) within the Fixed Assets, CIP and Projects area. Monitors CIP. Ensure assets are coded correctly and monitor open projects. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and local controllers to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset registers Review quarterly capitalizations and implement asset tagging process Deliver ad hoc fixed asset reports Maintain and update SharePoint lists (ex: buildings, projects, etc.)

Improve Metrics and reporting (monthly,quarterly, annual and ad-hoc). Identify, recommend, and lead projects within Fixed Assets. Create and update work instructions. Exercise strong problem solving skills during day-to-day activities. Proactive and Self motivated. Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Must have effective oral, written and presentation communication skills. Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting Minimum 5 years of PQE experience in a Fixed Assets (in large corporation preferred). Proven track record of Continuous Improvement. (with examples). Ability to work independently and self-manage projects simultaneously.

Strong business acumen. Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Works under general office environmental conditions. Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc.

Hybrid work model.
