The CRM Solution Architect owns the technical design and oversight for enhancing and extending the enterprise CRM application on Dynamics 365 CE & Service platform, and surrounding processes and systems. This role is the Technical Lead for the CRM platform and collaborates with functional business and development teams to understand technical requirements, design and develop solutions, and maintain quality documentation to support an exception user experience and achieving high quality and on-time delivery. Role Responsibilities: Own the technical design and oversight for enhancing and extending our enterprise CRM application on Dynamics 365 CE & Service, and surrounding processes and systems. Manage, communicate and deliver solutions for projects through the entire software development lifecycle, providing documentation, change management, testing, training and mentoring as appropriate. Provide operational support including troubleshooting complex issues leveraging strong problem-solving skills, identifying root cause and following change management process to migrate fixes. Be an expert, innovator and evangelist for D365 CE at Donaldson to drive adoption and take full advantage of the tools available including Power BI, Power Apps and Azure services. Coordinate and collaborate across Global IT to develop, maintain and execute architecture strategies, coding standards, documentation, security and quality assurance policies and procedures. Select and work alongside specialist 3rd party vendors to identify global software, integration, delivery and service solutions for complex sales applications. Minimum Qualifications: BS degree or equivalent level of experience and knowledge in IT solution delivery. 3+ years of Solution Architecture experience. Experience implementing Dynamics Solutions including configuration, customization and extensions with one or more of the following Sales Hub, Field Services, Customer Service. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, ADO Pipelines, APIM, SSIS, Portals. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years' experience implementing D365 solutions (preferred) Experience working in a business facing role to understand sales related processes, assess requirements and define technology solutions to meet the needs. Working knowledge of infrastructure and cloud components (e.g. Azure, APIM) as applied to application solution design and system integration. A self-starter with strong communication, problem solving and technical solutioning capabilities that will set you apart from the rest Microsoft D365 & Power Platform certifications preferred. Experience or certification in Agile techniques or experience in Scrum Master or Product Owner roles an advantage.
