Job Description
Seeking skilled Electronic Assemblers to join our dynamic team. The role involves assembling a variety of electronic sensors, executing both surface-mount and through-hole soldering on circuit boards, attaching wires and cables to boards and other harnesses, and performing mechanical assembly of the entire unit. Candidates will use a microscope for precise soldering tasks. All work must adhere to specific written and verbal instructions, requiring excellent communication skills.

This is a fully on-site position in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Work Environment
The position is based in a high-volume assembly line environment, collaborating with a team of 5-8 other assemblers.The facility produces 100+ units daily, with some lines reaching up to 200+. Shifts available are 1st shift from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 2nd shift from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Monday to Friday, with a 10% shift differential. The dress code is casual, requiring no loose clothing and closed-toed shoes.
