We are looking for a driven and high energy individual to execute service coordination efforts in the Industrial Field Services Team.As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be a critical touchpoint to drive excellent experiences for our customers helping to organize and execute filtration services like maintenance and repair for their equipment. This role must act with urgency to help our customers get the necessary maintenance and repairs completed to get them up and running. If you are an organized, high-energy person, that likes a lot of action while helping customers, this is the job for you. Role Responsibilities: Work closely with the customer to quote and schedule service visits for repairs and maintenance on industrial filtration machines. Schedule and drive a network of partners to execute customer jobs. Ensure parts are ordered and available for scheduled service calls. Act as a key inside contact to customers to delivering the best customer experience possible. Communicate with field service technicians on daily basis to ensure success and completion of work. Leverage field service planning software to document and track the schedules. Prepare and format invoicing upon completion of jobs. Records purchase orders and invoicing in Oracle and other softwares. Work closely with remote monitoring team to react to customer issues. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma required 2+ years related experience in administration, logistics, customer service or coordination Competent use of computer software to plan and organize work Experience with order entry, CRM, Oracle and/or Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: High energy attitude reacting to urgent customer needs Prior experience supporting industrial or trade industries Previous work utilizing Field Servio or other field service management systems Ability to multitask on the phone and on the computer to organize work Highly organized with attention to details Gets energized working with people to solve problems Positive and helpful attitude towards work Associates or Bachelors degree While a hybrid role, this person would need to be able to work out of offices in New Hope and/ or Bloomington, MN.
