Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruiting Coordinator on a temporary-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with organizing and coordinating our recruitment strategy.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process.
Posting job openings on relevant job boards and conducting initial applicant screenings.
Maintaining applicant databases and keeping meticulous records of candidate communication.
Assisting with the onboarding process, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation.
Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to improve upon existing processes and programs.
Occasionally assisting with company-wide event planning and coordination.
Consistently ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be a team player with a high level of dedication.
