Description
We are in search of an IT Manager to join our team located in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will mainly focus on IT operations, applications, and infrastructure management. Additionally, you will also be responsible for modernizing technology and leading strategic projects such as ERP migration and IT Service Management tools implementation. This role also necessitates the management and mentorship of a small team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead process, ensuring all IT operations, applications, and infrastructures are thoroughly documented and transitioned.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current IT architecture, identifying areas for improvement and modernization opportunities.
• Oversee the modernization of technology, legacy applications, and infrastructure in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the migration of ERP, align new IT Service Management tools, and support strategic projects.
• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of ownership, communication, and collaboration.
• Take charge of ongoing IT-related projects and initiatives with a focus on business-centric needs.
• Act as an IT representative on the global leadership team, defining needs and prioritizing initiatives.
• Manage a network of external vendors and partners, overseeing contracts and performance to extend team capabilities as required.
• Oversee the hybrid IT environment, including on-premises infrastructure, cloud resources, and SaaS applications.
• Ensure connectivity and alignment between modern and legacy technologies, strategically driving transformation.
Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is crucial for managing and integrating various cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to effectively manage customer interactions and data.
• Proven experience with Dell Technologies to ensure optimal utilization of IT resources.
• In-depth understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes.
• Proficiency in Active Directory to manage networked resources.
• Ability to conduct IT Auditing for ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Expertise in Backup Technologies for data protection and recovery.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware to manage and troubleshoot IT equipment.
