Fairview Health Services Licensed Practical Nurse in Bloomington, Minnesota
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages at $29.50 - 37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our TCU and LTC team! This position performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in Bloomington, MN. This nurse schedule includes;
48 hours per two weeks
Evening shift
Includes every other weekend S/S and possible holiday rotations

Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
Lifts and transfer residents as needed, Initiates emergency treatment as needed
Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans
Required:
MN LPN licensure
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Previous healthcare experience
Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
