Ziegler CAT Parts Product Manager in Bloomington, Minnesota

Ziegler Companies has an opening for a Parts Product Manager. The Parts Product Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the business plan for all aftermarket products. This person is responsible for identifying strategic parts opportunities and executing plans accordingly. Responsibilities: Establishes annual business plan for all product and industry segments under direct supervision. Establishes and is responsible for parts profitability for the business Forecasts and helps leads communication and business plan regarding certain inventory parts stocking in order to achieve projected business plan Supports business in increasing parts sales through customer rebuilds, customer value agreements, and prioritized service events after retail segment Supports eCommerce customer engagement and online parts sales Reviews sales coverage strategy and leads recommendations for changes or additions as necessary Manages approved department budget Manages aftermarket sales opportunities and lead management Collaborates with Marketing Department and Sales Teams to create marketing plans for all assigned lines of business Leads recommendations for sales and product support offerings to maximize opportunities for customers Works in a cooperative manner work coworkers and superiors Collaborates effectively with Sales Teams to develop and support strategic offerings for customers Develops strong vendor relationships to establish local merchandising support as needed Manages daily workflow within the department by establishing operating procedures and policies and prioritizing, distributing, and monitoring work assignments Qualifications: 4-year college degree required 3+ years customer service experience required 3+ years sales operation experience strongly preferred Microsoft Office knowledge Demonstrated ability to analyze data used for recommendations Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills Personal Attributes: Creative Thinking, Customer Focus, Leadership Orientation, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving Travel: Up to 10% travel Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
