Position Summary: In the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) group at SkyWater, our team works hand in hand with customers to develop a wide range of exciting new, novel, and fully customized technologies - including superconducting ICs, quantum computing devices, carbon nanotube devices, MEMs, Bio sensors, DNA sequencing devices, Si photonics, and III-V devices. The ATS team is looking for an experienced photolithography engineer. This position is a unique opportunity within SkyWater to lead the development of multiple patterning techniques to fabricate features below the resolution limit of 193nm photolithography. Responsibilities: Become subject matter expert on 193nm photolithography equipment, processes, and consumables in SkyWater MN s fab. Design, execute, and report on experiments to develop OPC (optical proximity correction) models and optimize photo conditions for integration success. Lead effort to stand up sub-resolution feature process integration using multiple patterning. techniques and novel films deposition, planarization, and etch processes. Interface directly with external customers to report on technology development progress, milestones, and project risks. Work with customers and CAD engineers to define and create design rules, fab metrology structures, parametric test structures, and product mask sets.
