As a Process Engineer you will play a key part in developing, implementing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. CPP offers a competitive compensation & benefits package which includes a quarterly bonus program, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K with company match, paid vacation and 9 paid holidays.What do we have to offer?Competitive base salary5% quarterly bonus potentialPositive and collaborative work environmentFlexible schedulePaid trainingEducational Assistance401K with matchPTO9 paid holidaysWhat will you need to be successful?BS Degree in Engineering2-6 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing settingWhat will you do?Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yieldDevelop and implement new processes, including designing, testing, and upgrading systemsConduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues stemming from special or common cause variationPerform process simulations to evaluate different process scenariosCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality control) to ensure effective implementation of process improvementsDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).Conduct risk assessments via FMEA process to evaluate potential quality departures. Drive actions for high-risk priority numbers identifiedTrack and analyze process metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
