Scott Electric currently has an opening at our Bloomsburg, PA branch for a Full-Time Counter Sales Manager . In this position, the Counter Sales Manager is a resource for immediate service and product knowledge for our customers and training for our counter staff.

Requirements:

-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent team player

-Strong organizational skills

-Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines

-Vast knowledge of Electrical products offered by each department

Responsibilities:

-Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders

-Assists in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships

-Assists with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized

-Stays informed and educated on product knowledge

-Assists inside sales as needed

-Travels to offsite locations Occasionally- up to 20%

-Attend training as assigned, on and offsite. Overnight stay may be required

-Maintains all counter-audit reports
