Description We are looking for an IT Manager in Bloomsbury, New Jersey, 08804, United States. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the daily tasks of maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing networking and ancillary equipment. This role also involves managing the IT team and ensuring all resources are working optimally.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute the daily tasks of maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing networking and ancillary equipment
• Ensure all IT Infrastructure requirements in the office are met and provide remote assistance to other locations
• Coach and evaluate the performance of local IT resources
• Plan, acquire and coordinate the installation of in-house hardware and software across the organization
• Manage the IT team and ensure all resources are working optimally
• Recommend desktop, laptop, and ancillary equipment
• Maintain and steward a budget for desktop, laptop, and ancillary equipment
• Manage all IT Infrastructure requirements in the office
• Provide coaching and performance evaluation of local IT resources
• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is necessary for this role.
• The candidate must possess a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with CRM is required for this position.
• The IT Manager must have experience working with Databases.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is essential.
• The candidate must have experience with Active Directory.
• A solid background in Auditing is necessary.
• The IT Manager should be proficient in Backup Technologies.
• The candidate must have extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware.
