We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist/Website Manager to join our team. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively as well as expanding our brand visibility. The Social Media Specialist and Website Manager will be instrumental in creating compelling content, managing relationships with followers, and driving digital marketing initiatives and maintaining our website.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and audience preferences
  • Schedule posts and analyze performance
  • Collaborate with marketing team to integrate social media into overall digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in advertising efforts on social media channels
  • Proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage and update the website as needed
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and concepts to increase digital visibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field recommended but not required
  • Experience can substitute for a degree
  • Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
  • Familiarity with social media management skills to interact effectively with followers
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Proven experience with website building, including setup, customization, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques
  • Basic video edition skills
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights

Shift and Schedule

  • 8-hour shift
  • Weekends as needed
  • Day Shift
