Du leitest unseren „Plan-Do-Check-Act“-Prozess (PDCA) für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem deines Standortes und erstattest dem Manufacturing Manager (Vorgesetzter) sowie auch dem jeweiligen Qualitätsmanager Bericht.

Du unterstützt verschiedene Elemente des Qualitätssystems deines Standortes, einschließlich der internen Dokumentation und der Change-Management-Steuerung (Aktualisierung von Qualitätsrichtlinien, Registrierung interner und externer Dokumentation, interne Audits, effektive PDCA-Zyklen, CAPA-Systemmanagement und Management-Review). Darüber hinaus koordinierst du den halbjährlichen eQCMS-Review, betreust alle Bearbeitungsschritte bei Verbraucherbeschwerden und bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner bei Inspektionen von Lebensmittelbehörden und sowie für das Kontakte-Management.

Was du mitbringst

Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:

• Stellennahes Studium (Lebensmitteltechnologe, Verfahrenstechniker, Ingenieurwesen o.ä.) oder abgeschlossene Lehre im Labor Bereich (z.B. Chemie Laborant)

• Einschlägige Laborerfahrung

• Effizientes Arbeiten im Team

• Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit bei der Erfüllung von Kunden-/Geschäftsanforderungen

• Auge fürs Detail und genaue Befolgung schriftlicher Arbeitsanweisungen

• Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement; Fähigkeit, an mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu arbeiten

• Kenntnis gängiger Microsoft Office-Anwendungen

Gesetzlicher Hinweis in Österreich: Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für NuG – Süßwarenindustrie für Angestellte”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 60.000,-- pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht
