Machine Operator/General Labor
M-TH 6am-4:30pm
$19+/Hour Based on Experience

The opportunity to work for a family-owned company that is focused on employee training doesn’t come along every day. The Machine Operator/General Laborer is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a production or manufacturing environment. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machinery according to production requirements and safety guidelines.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Load materials into machines and ensure correct alignment and settings.
Change machine tools, parts or attachments as required for different production runs.
Perform routine checks and inspections of machinery.
Inspect finished products for defects.
Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs up to 10lbs occasionally
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in machine operation or general labor is a plus.
Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
