City of Blue Springs Lifeguard: Early Morning Shift Blue Surf Bay Waterpark in Blue Springs, Missouri

This state-of-the-art aquatic complex offers competitive pay and the opportunity to be a key part of an enthusiastic and fun team.
Lifeguards ensure the safety of all visitors and staff. Individuals serving in this position are responsible for enforcing all rules and regulations of the facility as well as responding to all emergency situations that may arise in the aquatic environment including pools, slides, lazy river and surf simulator.
Early Shift Lifeguards will be compensated at $17 hourly when working between 4:45 am - 9:00 am. You must be 16 years or older for this position.
Paid Training and Certification will be provided at no cost to the employee.
We are seeking positive and energetic team players that possess a great attitude.
Once an offer of employment is made, you'll be scheduled for PAID training that will include Lifeguard Certification, First Aid and CPR.
Strong communication and customer service skills along with the ability to work with individuals of all ages.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions is required
Ability to maintain good physical condition and maintain professional skills of alertness, responsible, good judgment, and customer service.
Background check and drug test is required
