Job Title: Shipper and Receiver
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you'll be responsible for assembling devices in accordance with SOPs in a clean room environment. You'll handle detailed devices using tools such as tweezers, microscopes, and small pneumatic assembly fixtures to ensure that each product meets specified requirements. Your role involves using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and various go/no-go gauges. You will document test results and failure findings, perform testing, create test setups, diagnose equipment problems, and resolve issues promptly. Effective coordination and communication with all departments are essential, as is adherence to all safety rules and regulations while promoting 5S in the lab. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting products and performing additional duties as assigned.
Hard Skills
Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges
Experience with tweezers, microscopes, and small pneumatic assembly fixtures
Proficiency in documenting test results and diagnosing equipment problems
