Description
We are in search of a Property Accountant to join our team within the construction industry, based in Boca Raton, FL. This role involves managing financial activities related to real estate and property development. This includes handling equity loans, property accounting, and budgeting. You will be working with multiple entities and performing job cost analyses.
Requirements
• Must possess a minimum of two years experience in Property Accounting
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate is required
• Experience in handling Home Equity Loans and Equity Loans
• Proficiency in managing Multiple Entities in a business context
• Must have experience in Job Cost Accounting
• Familiarity and proficiency with Yardi software is a necessity
• Must have experience in Budgeting and financial forecasting
• Must be able to work in a construction/contractor industry setting
