Job Summary
Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking a full-time remote detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerks to join our Accounting team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for LATAM-based candidates looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter financial data into our practice management software.
Follow specific instructions and protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Verify and review entered data for completeness and correctness.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
Assist with data organization and management to streamline accounting processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the accounting team.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
