We are searching for the best talent for Experienced Analyst, Transportation Services to be in Bogota
Purpose:
Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Coordinates and monitors day-to-day activities for critical supply chain competencies and capabilities, and defines operational end-to-end solutions, from initial customer needs and requirements, through to final delivery and implementation. Ensures cross-functional consistency and flow relative to transportation standard operational procedures and key objectives, to drive focused, customer-specific transportation solutions with global reach and impact.
You will be responsible for :
Oversees operations of in-bound transportation performance to ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply of local Affiliates DCs from Manufacturing Sites and Regional Hubs to ensure lean and cost efficient inbound transport operations in support of required service to the Customer.
Administers end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions that maximize transportation services flow and operational efficiencies, tailored to customer’s specific needs and requirements.
Configures comprehensive transportation operating procedures and associated key performance measures, objectives, and goals to ensure operational success.
Examines strategies to help drive and enhance the company’s transportation and end-to-end supply chain competitive advantage, through ongoing process, quality, and compliance checks and balances.
Documents summarizations of supply chain issues and concerns, based on data-driven analysis, to escalate and rapidly address critical issues.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degreel in International Trade or Businesses, Business administration or related careers
Over 7 Years Work Experience, mainly in operations and customer service
Intermediate english level
