You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.

How you will contribute

  • Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix

  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment

  • Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules

  • Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs

The key purpose of the role is to have a point of contact for internal/external Customers for order fulfillments within the OTC process. The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible to link the back-office operations with the front office day-to-day activities. Providing on time solutions for issues related to customer orders, sales performance and portfolio transitions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accountability for Order Fulfillment OTC performance for all customers.

  • Participation in regular service meetings. (i.e. SC99, IA).

  • Manage order unblock: Delivery block release, sample orders release, export orders release.

  • Close alignment with Sales & Logistics on quantities sellable.

  • Support portfolio transitions in & outs and new products ensure the correct creation and the availability of the material for sales.

  • Ensure alignment of plan against the actual results.

  • Close alignment with LOGOPS and 3PL on delivery schedules and quantities in end Mont and holidays.

  • Support on product transformation (Maquilas regulars and promotional) to have the stock available in the day and the quantity sales needed.

  • Perform order modification, order optimization for Customer.

  • Create rules and strategy for Availability check and quota management for materials with not enough inventory priorization materials and customers.

  • Analize the Partial order handling / back-order closing verifying cost, quantity, time to delivery and customers policy.

  • Ensure alignment of plan against the actual results.

  • Monitor E2E order life cycle along with the MBS.

  • Follow up open orders due pricing (sales operations).

  • Support on projects related to improve the CFR, IA and cost 2 serve, but not limited.

  • Strong communications with marketing, RR.HH., to align dates and time to receive zdon orders to create (free goods, employee benefits, donations)

  • Analyze the inventory available for a daily / week sales considering product rotation, sell in, and quota assign information to determinate active or inactive product for sell

  • Lead plan cutover (ramp down and ramp up) in mdlz projects ensuring no affecting the operation process and customers with a go live efficiently in the country.

  • Responsable to execute all possibles scenarios (wrong.and correct) in testing period before go live in mdlz projects.

  • Evaluate the root cause and actions plan associated with every material and explain in differents meetings with regional cs&l director and leads.

  • Responsable to translate the case fill rate data and analize with local team to have the root cause of the impact in customers .

  • Create training meeting for different users or accenture team in new process or activities when a project is in go live or if anny activity change.

  • Interraction all days with sales team, granting all the request by our side.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience on Customer Service, Order Management, Logistic or related positions.

  • Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration, Engineering or Logistics.

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • Computer literate, specifically with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced level of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
