P2P Data Reporting Specialist

This position is a key role in monitoring, generating, analyzing data to enable the efficient management across all Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes. This individual must be able to understand the data elements required to meet reporting needs and translate the data into meaningful actions plans. This person will proactively monitor data for advance alerts to team and will provide trending analysis as well as deviation analysis, drill into the data for root cause identifications.
This person will ensure effectiveness and quality of all reporting and drive decisions for report modifications, obsolescence, and creations. This person will be agile to respond to ad-hoc requirements and have the ability to lead and manage an offshore team for reporting and data analysis. Needs to adjust data reporting/information to be appropriate for a variety of requesters (executive teams to teams working daily processes).
Transform data into information / KPIs that generate value for P2P via reporting and data analysis
Respond and assist with ad-hoc issues from P2P management team
Lead P2P in identifying deviations in KPI data, finding opportunities for improvement and growth
Expert in QPR Tool and other reporting tools
Global liaison for reporting and data query initiatives and tools including Process Mining Tools (e.g. QPR).
Lead Maverick and DPO reporting, an analysis of data fluctuation and root cause.
Lead the BPO team to report daily and in-flight invoices to the Sanofi Ops team
Lead the BPO team delivery of invoice top violators report to Sanofi Ops team
Lead the timely and accurate reporting of all BPO metrics to Sanofi Ops team
- About you
Experience : Experience in a business team minimum 2 years. Knowledge of reporting software packages, databases (SQL, etc.)
Technical skills : Ability to navigate on-line dashboards, knowledge and experience with process mining tools. Advanced knowledge of Excel, use of pivot tables, lookups, macros and creation of advanced dashboards
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar careers
Languages : Advanced English and Spanish level
