The Marketing Support Intern will assist the Regional Marketing team in the Americas with the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities across various channels. In this role, you will perform market research, trend analysis, basic brand and design support, campaign performance analysis, and aid in effectively reaching the target market. Additionally, you will help coordinate marketing processes, including tactical planning and execution, and maintain project tracking platforms.

Grow with Us - Your Responsibilities

• Support the tracking and analysis of regional marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., global marketing and digital) to monitor regional strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of regional campaigns, events, product launches, and local initiatives.
• Research new opportunities within the Americas to achieve regional lead targets.
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Proofread and edit creative and technical content across various mediums.
• Provide basic assistance with regional virtual and live events.
• Work within digital platforms to manage and optimize marketing activities

What Will Convince Us

• You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field.
• You have previous internship or work experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation platforms, Content Management Systems) or a willingness to learn
• You have basic understanding of design principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• You are self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• You are a creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You have strong interest in marketing trends and best practices.
